Features of zenschool style coaching
In Zenschool style coaching, the ultimate goal is for clients to become aware of their own latent desires.
Let go of the goals that have been misled by the information circulating in the world, ask yourself, and slowly and carefully imagine your own goals. Through dialogue, you can verbalize and visualize things that are vague and not yet able to be verbalized.
The next step is to build a sustainable process of realization through concrete support to turn what you have realized into reality.
Eventually, the client will become independent once they have come to terms with society.
Then, after a few years, we go back to the beginning and go through the process of establishing the next stage.
The defining feature of our coaching is that we continue to accompany you as you progress, one step at a time.
It is based on 12 years of practical knowledge gained at Zen School.
Thoughts on zenschool-style coaching
There are only a handful of people who can develop new businesses and products that have never existed before in the world, such as the iPhone, Tesla, and Walkman.
Many new businesses and product developments are created by gathering existing information, brushing up on a company's own resources, and combining them, while also taking into account technical constraints and costs.
However, in this age of the internet and information overload, ideas that seem rationally generated are likely to be abandoned within a few years because someone else has already implemented them or they have been overtaken by later entrants.
After conducting innovation workshops for 14 years and focusing on the psychological state of people who create numerous innovations, I realized that if an innovation is not born from extrinsic motivation but is rooted in the individual's intrinsic motivation, it may not sprout at first, but will take shape over time.I have established a method for extracting the ideas that people truly want to realize, but have not yet put into words, through careful and in-depth dialogue, and have achieved a variety of results.
We do not use methods learned at a coaching school, but rather use knowledge cultivated over many years in the field of innovation to provide coatings.
[Examples of results from participants of the Innovation Workshop]
He had been prototyping a product as an after-school activity while working for a large company, but he left the company to start his own company, raised a total of 15 billion yen in funding, and continued product development and finally put it on sale.
Utilizing his 25 years of design skills, he entered the space development industry at the age of 50, developing and delivering products for venture companies that were contracted to work on NASA projects.
He developed a mindful program that combines mindfulness and food, and has provided the program to companies around the world.
He established a general incorporated association in Wakayama and developed and provided environmental education programs for universities through a network of professionals involved in environmental education around the world.
We have a track record of producing innovators who have created numerous innovations, including cases that cannot be made public.
Using these methods, we will help you materialize new businesses and product developments that you have not yet thought of or are only vaguely thinking about.

True Innovation® Theory-based consulting
Our consulting services are based on our unique innovation theory, "True Innovation®," which was developed over a 14-year period beginning in 2011 through mindfulness meditation, thorough self -disclosure, and deep dialogue to tap into the intrinsic motivation within individuals.
We hold a reflective talk in a space of absolute psychological safety through thorough self-disclosure. After that, we extract a concept based on intrinsic motivation, turn it into a business plan, create a prototype, and bring it to fruition. By following up with our dialogue, we implement the extracted concept in the organization and move forward with commercialization within the company's business entity.
