Perhaps few of the members have talked about their childhood, even though they have been working in the same workplace for a long time.
This workshop is a workshop that uses meditation work to take out memories of the 10-year-old summer vacation and share them with each other to dramatically improve team strength.
At the meditation workshop that we provided to the tax accountant office back to elementary school, we worked on mindful meditation at zenschool and ideas using the exciting treasure hunting chart method, resulting in dramatic team communication. It has improved, and business ideas that have never been imagined have been extracted.
Students who participate in zenschool for the first time share what is at the bottom of their hearts, and work to gain a sense of unity as a team.
Through meditation work, you will be reminded that you have completely forgotten what you were absorbed in when you were in elementary school and what left a strong impression on you when you became an adult. By doing so, you will notice that you are unconsciously bound by common sense as an adult, and beyond that you will be able to think freely without being bound by such a frame. In this way, the participating members talk about free ideas, and the sense of unity as a team becomes even stronger.
For those who want to improve their team power within the company and take on the challenge of new product development, new business development, etc., we have started to provide zenschool workshops that cut out the team building process of this course.
